To coincide with the Flyover Campaign’s visit to Holyrood these caring folk at Transport Scotland cheerily tell us that because we are not so likely to get killed now that the speed limit is reduced to 50mph we should all be happy bunnies! They do acknowledge however that the proportion of vehicles exceeding the speed limit has dramatically increased.
So how many more have to die before Transport Scotland improve our access to the A90? Let’s keep up the pressure on our Scottish Government to improve the standards of the main trunk road to the most dynamic economic centre in the country.
