Mearns and Coastal Healthy Living Network Gardening Group and Laurencekirk Primary School gardening group are looking for help to plant up the 16 whisky barrel tubs to brighten up Laurencekirk Train Station at our Big Plant-Up Afternoon.
This year we are planting a theme of “The Olympic Games”, with some very creative themed tubs, to reflect flags of a variety of countries, and the Olympic rings and torch.
This is a wonderful opportunity to get involved with a fun community gardening project, and if you would like to help with the planting, then please come along to the train station at 12.30pm on Monday 6th June. We look forward to seeing you then.
