Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 (full time, 36.25 hours/ week)
(Fixed term contract until 31 March 2017 but ongoing subject to finance)

This is a new post within Community Food Initiatives North East (CFINE). The Manager would have a responsibility for oversight and management of CFINE’s varied development work and have the responsibility for delivering the outputs and outcomes of CFINE’s Zero Waste Scotland project.
The Manager will be based in CFINE’s offices, 2-4 Poynernook Road, Aberdeen, AB11 5RW and will oversee and work closely with 3 development colleagues and a large team of volunteers.
The successful candidate will have: community development work experience essential; relevant qualifications desirable; the ability to communicate effectively and concisely both verbally and in writing with internal and external contacts; staff/ volunteer support and supervision experience; the ability to use new technology; clean driving license.
