On Wednesday last week the quarterly meeting of this group took place in the Laurencekirk Healthcare Centre.
The group was established by the Practice to improve the relationship between staff and patients so that services can be improved.
Much of the focus is on communication and subjects covered at this meeting included a review of the groups activities and the agreement of an Action Plan for 2013.
